So this year is very different. It has its good things and it has its not so good things. I’ll start with a few good things. We’ve definitely been home more, the hubby hasn’t been traveling. So, we’ve enjoyed family time, the 3 of us, that is. We’ve accomplished and enjoyed more outside activities and made and done things that we would have never had time to do if it had not been for this insane pandemic. Now, the not so good times, not hugging your elderly parents, staying out of their houses and wearing masks everywhere you go. I miss seeing people’s smiles and facial expression.
So, a different kind of Christmas....
I watched the weather and picked a day to see my parents outside for Christmas. I stole this little tree out of my hubby’s upstairs office to put the gifts under. We wore masks, had a fire and a heater going. We actually had a great time.
