My daughter‘s birthday cake In progress. I bought the silicone pan from Etsy (England) a few years ago. My daughter, asked me to make a Westie cake. Layer 2 is chilling in the freezer, so it doesn’t break stacking it. I’m thinking, that it’s interesting how the heat rings are showing. It was baked in a regular conventional oven.
