Good news first, Olive, our only adult Spanish White Face hen, gave us our first egg. Bad news, is that the one lone guinea that I saved from a black snake, I found dead. It wasn’t full grown and living in our hen house, Cluckingham Palace. For the life of me, I can’t figure out what happened to it. I have a video camera (my hubby did for Mother’s Day) in the run. I watched hours, the guinea just started laying around and then died. I just had to watch all that video time to make sure nothing hurt it.
